COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

VitRide's mission is to provide safe, reliable, and respectful transportation for everyone. These Community Guidelines apply to all users of the VitRide platform -- Riders, Driver Partners, and Delivery Recipients. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

1. Respect

Treat every person you encounter through VitRide -- other users, drivers, delivery people, restaurant staff, and VitRide support agents -- with basic courtesy and respect.

Do not use threatening, abusive, offensive, or discriminatory language.
Do not engage in physical violence or threaten violence against any person.
Do not harass, intimidate, or stalk any other user.
Discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation,

national origin, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.

2. Safety

Safety is non-negotiable on the VitRide platform.

Riders must wear seatbelts during all Trips.
Drivers must obey traffic laws, drive safely, and never drive under the influence of alcohol or

drugs.

Do not ask or encourage a Driver to speed, take unsafe routes, or violate traffic laws.
Do not carry, display, or threaten to use any weapon during a VitRide trip.
Do not tamper with or damage any Driver's vehicle.

3. Appropriate Behaviour

Do not engage in any sexual conduct, make sexual comments, or request sexual services

through the Platform. This includes unwanted flirting, touching, or requests for personal contact information.

Do not consume food or beverages in a Driver's vehicle without permission.
Do not vomit, litter, or cause damage to a vehicle. Riders may be charged a cleaning fee.
Do not bring more passengers than the vehicle is licensed to carry.
Do not bring animals into vehicles without the Driver's prior consent, except for certified

assistance animals.

4. Honesty & Integrity

Provide accurate information when registering and when requesting trips or deliveries.

Do not commit fare fraud, including falsely disputing valid charges, submitting fraudulent

promotions, or creating multiple accounts to abuse referral programmes.

Ratings and reviews must be honest and reflect genuine experiences. Do not submit false,

retaliatory, or manipulative ratings.

5. Privacy

Do not photograph, video record, or audio record other users without their explicit consent, except

where permitted by Applicable Law.

Do not share another user's personal information without their consent.
Do not use personal data obtained through the Platform for any purpose other than the specific

Trip or delivery in which it was shared.

6. Reporting

If you experience or witness behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately through the VitRide app (Trip > Report an Issue) or by contacting support@vitride.com. VitRide investigates all credible reports and takes appropriate action.

7. Consequences of Violations

Depending on the severity and frequency of the violation, VitRide may:

Issue a formal warning.
Temporarily suspend the offending account.
Permanently remove the user from the Platform.
Refer matters to law enforcement where required.
